  • Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to generate high-quality B2B leads.
  • SEO/SEM: Improve the organic search ranking for keywords related to PCR, LAMP, and POCT diagnostics.
  • Data Analytics: Track and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics 4.
  • Automation: Set up email marketing automation to nurture potential clients through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Digital Marketing (B2B/Healthcare experience is a major plus).
  • Skills: Expert in Ad Managers, SEO tools, and basic CRM management.
  • Mindset: Data-driven and obsessed with conversion metrics.
  1. PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Summary: The “Technical Soul” of the product. This person ensures the market understands the superior value of Inno-Bio’s technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Act as the subject matter expert for the entire POCT product line.
  • Market Insight: Analyze competitors’ technical specs to create “Battle Cards” for the Sales team.
  • Training & Education: Develop technical manuals, white papers, and conduct advanced training sessions for distributors and key accounts.
  • KOL Engagement: Work closely with scientists and doctors to gather feedback for R&D and clinical validation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years as a Product Specialist or Application Specialist in the IVD/Biotech industry.
  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory, or Molecular Biology.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  1. SALES EXECUTIVE (GENERAL)

Summary: The “Frontline Warrior” responsible for expanding the sales pipeline and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to new potential clients (Hospitals, Labs, Food factories, or Vet farms).
  • Direct Sales: Conduct site visits, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Account Management: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience (Open to high-potential fresh graduates with a Bio-science background).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and resilience.
