  • Key Mission: Establish Inno-Bio as a leader in pet and livestock diagnostics.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Target veterinary clinics, farms, and diagnostic hubs.
    • Consult on disease management using our diagnostic kits.
    • Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Vet Med.
  • Requirements: Background in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science. Passion for animal health.
  1. SALES MANAGER

Summary: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team (Medical, Vet, Food Safety). Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Inno-Bio’s customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales executives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs (KOLs in Hospitals, Vet Clinics, and Labs).
  • Market Intelligence: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the IVD or Biotech industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  1. MARKETING SPECIALIST

Summary: As a Marketing Specialist at Inno-Bio, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation in the POCT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Create engaging content for various channels (LinkedIn, Website, Brochures) tailored to technical audiences (Doctors, Scientists, Lab Managers).
  • Product Launch: Support the CEO and Sales team in launching new POCT systems through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage Inno-Bio’s presence at industry trade shows, seminars, and workshops.
  • Digital Presence: Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive inbound leads.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B Tech or Healthcare.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Adobe), social media management, and content writing. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into “customer-friendly” language.
  • Mindset: Creative, analytical, and highly adaptable to a startup environment.
